Dave Kennedy

Owner / Senior Panel Beater

With a career starting at age 15, Dave brings decades of panel beating expertise. After a stint in the UK working on chassis structuring, he returned to Christchurch to manage multiple shops. Since 1999, he’s led what is now S&K Collision Centre. Dave is a family man who enjoys time with his two sons and grandkids.

Nic Kennedy

Operations & Admin Support

Nic has worked in the trade part-time since her early years as a working mum. Partnered with Dave since she was 19, she’s played a crucial role both in life and in business. She enjoys a quieter lifestyle on their block and looks forward to more time spent there.

Steve Barnard

Workshop Manager

Steve oversees the workshop’s daily operations. A long-standing team member, he briefly left to install garage doors before returning to take on his current leadership role. Living in Darfield with his wife, three kids, dogs, and a few sheep, Steve is also an avid rugby player in both summer and winter seasons.

Debbie Harris

Office Administrator

Debbie handles bookings, parts, and insurance claims with precision. Originally from South Africa, she moved to New Zealand 18 years ago after running a panel shop abroad. She and her husband Craig have been happily married for over 40 years and have two daughters. With over a decade of local trade experience and a recent stint in property management, Debbie brings valuable knowledge to the team. Outside of work, she’s a devoted grandmother and creative crafter.
